Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Njjewellers | Nayan Jewellers, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Window

We have 5-day of return policy once the order is received and replacement for the order will delivered within 5 days

You may cancel your order within 5 days from the date of order is delivered.

Cancellation requests after 5 days will not be accepted.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Step 1: Email us at shriniwaspatoda.net@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Step 2: Submit an unboxing video (see Section 4 below) to proceed with the cancellation.

Step 3: Once approved, we will process your refund after deducting a ₹200 processing fee.

Step 4: The goods are in the original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Refund Amount: The total order amount minus ₹200 (cancellation fee).

Timeline: Refunds are added and credited within 7–15 business days after approval.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

To prevent fraud and ensure product integrity, an unboxing video is mandatory for cancellations.

Video Guidelines:

Record the unopened package with the seal intact and visible order details (tracking ID/order number).

Show the package from all angles to confirm no prior tampering.

Do not open the box until the video is submitted and approved.

Email the video to tonipatoda.net@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Note:

Cancellations will be rejected if the video is missing, unclear, or shows a broken seal.

If the package is opened before submitting the video, the cancellation request will be void.

5. Exceptions

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the issue for a full refund or replacement (no ₹200 deduction).

Customised Orders: Cancellations are not allowed for personalised/custom-made jewellery.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled or refunded:

Customised or engraved jewellery.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
